Summertime blues? Set your sights on the hazy shades of summer

 

For once, they have nothing to do with the rain and everything to do with your eyes. For a softer spin on the traditional smoky eye and to add a fresh pop of color to golden summer skin, try sultry shades of blue and gray on your lids. Or, take it one step further with a quick coat of cobalt mascara, just on the tips of your lashes.
